Instructions to make Japanese Style Pizza Toast:
  1. Spread the okonomiyaki sauce on the bread, and put the finely shredded cabbage on top.
  2. Cut the cheese slice into 2, and place on the bread. Slice the teriyaki chicken or sausage into easy to eat pieces and spread around on top. Finally, put on as much mayonnaise as you want.
