The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Bagel:
  1. Get 1 Bagel Sliced (I used multigrain)
  2. Get As required Cream Cheese
  3. Get 2 Slices Ham/Roasted Chicken Breast OR any Cold Cut of your choice (I used Black Forest Ham & Roasted Turkey Bread)

Steps to make Stuffed Bagel:
  1. Slice the Bagel. Put it in the Toaster.
  2. Select the “Bagel” setting.
  3. Select the “Darkness” level.
  4. Toast until the desired darkness is achieved.
  5. Place in a plate lined with a paper napkin.
  6. Apply the Cream Cheese on both the slices.
  7. Place the sliced meat between the two slices.
  8. Cut into two. Serve hot. Enjoy!

Some grains are actually great for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually great for helping boost your happiness levels. They help you feel full too which can truly help to better your mood. It’s not difficult to feel depressed when you feel famished! These grains can help your mood elevate because it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps raise your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, raises your mood.
