The ingredients needed to make Tortilla Roll Sandwiches:
  1. Take 1/2 kg boneless chicken pieces
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp curd
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp vinegar
  4. Make ready 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Take 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  6. Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp paprika
  8. Get 1/2 tsp salt
  9. Take 3-4 Tortilla
  10. Make ready Grated cheese
  11. Get 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise
  12. Prepare Onion & cabbage thinly sliced

Instructions to make Tortilla Roll Sandwiches:
  1. Marinate chicken in vinegar, curd, chilli, paprika, pepper, salt & ginger & garlic paste for 2-3 hours. - Heat oil in pan add marinated chicken & cook till done.
  2. Once the mixture cools shred the chicken, add mayonnaise & mix.
  3. Take tortilla on a corner spread chicken mixture, add onion & cabbage slices, sprinkle grated cheese & roll. - Brush with butter & toast in sandwich toaster.
  4. Cut into pieces & serve with sauce/ dip/ salad
