The ingredients needed to make Leftover Baked Spaghetti:
  1. Get 1 leftover spaghetti
  2. Prepare 1/8 cup broth or water
  3. Prepare 10 slices cheese

Toss the leftover spaghetti in egg, parmesan cheese, and butter. Because you can use left over spaghetti instead of throwing it away, I got the idea from a niece of mine a few years ago. The egg is what binds the pasta together. Steps to make Leftover Baked Spaghetti:
  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. Get a baking dish large enough for the amount of spaghetti you have. I'm using an 8x8 inch baking dish here.
  3. Fill it about half way with spaghetti
  4. Pour broth (or water) in.
  5. Place some sliced cheese on top I'm using provolone here
  6. Add another layer of spaghetti
  7. Cover with sliced cheese
  8. Place in oven, uncovered, for my size, 50 minutes seemed correct. I did this one 40, it needed 10 more minutes, so i adjusted for that above.
  9. Let cool a couple minutes to solidify.
