The ingredients needed to make Healthy chicken breast (oven toaster):
  1. Make ready 1 large chicken breast
  2. Make ready Soy sauce
  3. Make ready Sesame oil
  4. Make ready Honey
  5. Make ready Garlic powder
  6. Make ready Salt
  7. Make ready Pepper
  8. Prepare Oregano
  9. Prepare Any cooking oil

Pour olive oil over chicken breast, tilting pan to coat. Rack in the middle of the oven. Trim two skinless boneless chicken breasts of trimmable fat. Place the chicken in a ziplock bag and flatten the breasts to about ¾ inch thick with a meat mallet or heavy pan.

Instructions to make Healthy chicken breast (oven toaster):
  1. Marinate chicken breast in soy sauce, sesame oil, & honey for a minimum of one hour.
  2. Create a container using foil and coat the inside area with cooking oil
  3. Place the chicken breast on the aluminum foil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, & oregano. Heat it in the oven toaster for 7-8 mins. Flip it afterwards and cook for another 7-8 mins or until the inside is cooked.

Trim two skinless boneless chicken breasts of trimmable fat. Place the chicken in a ziplock bag and flatten the breasts to about ¾ inch thick with a meat mallet or heavy pan. I check them with a digital thermometer and stick the probe in the fates part of each of the breasts. Place chicken in a broiler pan. Coat the top of each chicken breast with about a teaspoon of olive oil.
