  9. Make ready Stir Fried Vegetables
  10. Get Cabbage julienne cut (as per requirement)
  11. Take Carrot julienne cut (as per requirement)

  3. Garlic and sugar
  4. Add black pepper and mix it well. Keep aside for an hour

  6. Cook first on low flame, wait till beef gets tender.
  7. On the same pan, just put all the vegetables and move beef a side. Cook on high flame for only a minute.
  8. On the other pot, pour oil and add garlic with spring onion. Fry little bit.
  9. Add Boiled Rice and fry it with garlic and spring onion.
