  1. Sprinkle chicken with 5 spice, toss with soy sauce
  2. Put on foiled pan and bake @ 425° turning once until crisp (40-45 min)
  3. Stir together remaining soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, garlic, ginger, oil, black pepper, hot pepper
  4. Add wings, toss to coat
  5. Sprinkle with green onions
