  8. Make ready 1 Tsp olive oil
  9. Prepare 200 g canned tomato(minced)
  10. Get 1/2 canned demi-glace(150g)
  11. Prepare 1 Tsp red wine
  12. Prepare some salt&pepper
  13. Prepare 100-200 ml water
  14. Make ready 2 tbsp Worcestershire-style sauce
  15. Get 800 g cooked rice

Steps to make Hayashi Rice with tons of vegetables:
  1. Cut and slice onion, carrot, celery into small pieces. Start stir frying in a deep frying pan with olive oil.
  2. Put butter in an another frying pan, when the butter has melted, add beef and stir until it's browned.
  3. Add red wine and mushrooms, salt and pepper lightly, and when the mushrooms are nicely cooked.
  4. Add the beef and mushrooms into the deep frying pan, pour the canned tomato and water, simmer for 15 minutes over low heat (medium heat until it's boiled).
  5. Add demi-glace and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for another 15 minutes. (Add salt if needed)
  6. Stop the heat and leave it until it cools down.
  7. Reheat before meal, serve it with cooked rice and grilled vegetables.
