  1. Rinse the beans very well. Look the beans over removing anything that isn't a bean. Cover the beans with water and soak overnight.
  2. Next day drain and rinse the beans.
  3. I rinsed them twice. Preheat oven 325 degrees Fahrenheit
  4. Fry half the bacon and the diced onions
  5. Add the ingredients with the beans
  6. Add the cooked onions and Bacon
  7. Mix well
  8. Put into a baking dish with bacon and cover with water
  9. Bake in oven for 5 hours
