  1. Get Leaf bib lettuce
  2. Prepare Slice oven roasted sliced turkey deli cut
  3. Make ready Slice cheese
  4. Make ready Slice roasted red pepper

  1. Wash and Pat dry a lettuce leaf
  2. Add a slice of turkey
  3. Add a little cheese
  4. Add a pepper

Research has found that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while at the same time relaxing the rest of your body. You already knew that green tea helps you become a lot healthier. Now you know that green tea helps you to raise your moods as well!
