When you eat, do you eat out of convenience or taste without finding out if what you are putting in your mouth is healthy for you? Do you usually eat junk food and lots of fried foods from fast food restaurants? With all of the sugar-laden starchy and oily food that most people eat, it’s not surprising that new diseases are regularly occurring. The foods we are ingesting are causing obesity, diabetes, and hypertension of pandemic proportions. Many people are finally recognizing the importance of their food choices and are becoming more conscious about their health. Whole food grains, and oats, plus an assortment of nuts, mainly walnuts. See to it that you eat proteins such as soya, yogurt, salmon, and turkey, plus orange fruits and vegetables like oranges, pumpkins, and tomatoes.
