  1. Prepare 1/4 cup ketchup
  2. Take 1/4 cup Olive oil mayo
  3. Get 2 tbsp relish
  4. Take 1 dash Tabasco sauce
  5. Get 1 pinch black pepper
  6. Make ready 1 lb Turkey pastrami
  7. Take 4 slice low-fat Swiss cheese
  8. Take 8 slice rye bread, toasted
  9. Take 1 cup bottled sauerkraut

Instructions to make Turkey Reuben:
  1. combine the ketchup, mayo, relish, and Tabasco in a bowl and mix, season with a but if black pepper. set dressing aside.
  2. divide pastrami into 4 portions, pile on plates, and top each with a slice of cheese. microwave briefly, about 30 seconds each, to melt the cheese
  3. layout 4 slices of the rye bread on a cutting board. top each with sauerkraut and then pastrami and cheese. drizzle with the dressing. top with remaining slices of bread.
