  3. Take 2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. Get 1 large sprig fresh mint
  5. Get 2 chopped tomatoes
  6. Make ready 1 bunch parsely,chopped
  7. Get 1 onion finely chopped
  8. Prepare 1 green bell pepper

Instructions to make Sig's zesty tabouleh salad:
  1. Soak bulghur wheat and dried porcini mushrooms in heat proof bowl for 30 minutes with boiling water,than chill. Once chilled add the olive oil and all other ingredient chopped finely,leave nuts whole, stir through and serve.
