The ingredients needed to make Moth Beans Curry || Matki Ki Sabji:
  1. Get 100 gms moth
  2. Get 1 onion medium sized
  3. Prepare 2 Tomato medium sized
  4. Make ready 1 inch ginger piece
  5. Prepare 7-8 Garlic buds
  6. Take 2 green chillies
  7. Prepare 1/4 cup dry coconut powder
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp groundnut
  10. Get 3 pieces dry red chilli
  11. Prepare 4 pinches hing
  12. Get 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  13. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
  15. Make ready 1 tsp jeera
  16. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  17. Make ready as required Coriander for garnishing
  18. Get 4 tbsp oil
  19. Take 1 tbsp ghee
  20. Take 1 tsp jeera /cumin seeds
  21. Get 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder

Steps to make Moth Beans Curry || Matki Ki Sabji:
  1. We soaked matki and made sprouts of it.
  2. These are all ingredients needed here.
  3. We dried roast grated coconut, peanut and khada dhaniya and raw red chilli.
  4. Add 4 tbsp oil in pan and add jeera and mustard seeds when it gets heated. Then add onion to it.
  5. Now add hing, Ginger garlic paste and salt when onion gets a bit brown in colour.
  6. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and dhaniya powder.
  7. Now add tomatoes to it.
  8. When tomatoes start to lose water, add water to it and matki to it.
  9. Now add a little more water and cook by covering for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Now remove it in a bowl and add takda to it. So take a tadka pan and ghee to it. Add jeera and red chilli powder.
  11. Pour this immediately onto matki.
  12. Here it is ready.
