  1. Prepare 200 g polenta
  2. Prepare 200 g speck
  3. Prepare 180 g porcini mushrooms (or any other)
  4. Make ready Small chopped onion
  5. Get Spoonful tomato passata sauce

Steps to make Polenta speck e porcini:
  1. Fry onion gently in olive oil. When softened, add chopped mushrooms and cook for 4-5 mins on medium heat. Add wine and let it evaporate
  2. Bring 500 ml of water to the boil. Add some salt. Add polenta and stir very frequently in one direction for about 20 mins, adding more HOT water when needed. It must remain fluid.
  3. Meanwhile, add speck and passata to mushrooms. Stir and cook for about 8-10 minutes while stirring polenta. Check for salt. Serve creating a little hole in the middle, put mushrooms and speck inside 😄
