  3. Take 1 tbs Margarine
  4. Get 1/4 kg Liver
  5. Take 2 Onions
  6. Make ready 3 tomatoes
  7. Take Salt

  1. Put 2 cup of water to boil and add 1 tbs of margarine
  2. Stir in the flour and cook ugali
  3. Cook for about 10 min and the ugali is ready to be served
  4. In a cooking pan add the sliced liver and onions steam for about 5 min then add 2 tbs of cooking oil and onions
  5. Cook for about 10 min and its should be ready
  6. In another pan steam the spinach for 5 min and heat 2 tbs of cooking oil in a pan and shallow fry the onion
  7. For about 3 min it should be ready to be served
