The ingredients needed to make Baked meatpie:
  1. Take 3 cups flour
  2. Get 125 g simas
  3. Prepare 1 and a1/3teaspn baking powder
  4. Get 1 and 1/2 tblspn of sugar
  5. Get Salt
  6. Prepare 2 spn vegtbl oil
  7. Get Cold water
  8. Prepare For the fillings
  9. Take Irish potatoes
  10. Get Minced meat
  11. Prepare Garlic onions
  12. Make ready Scotch bonnet
  13. Take Spices and seasonings
  14. Prepare Egg to wash

Brush crust with beaten egg and place filled pie pan on cookie sheet to catch any drips. Then add ur scotch bonnet and seasonings. Add in your cooked potatoes and carrot. Now is the time to prepare the dough for the meat pie.

Steps to make Baked meatpie:
  1. Mix all ur ingredients 2gether den put butter and mix well den add water little by little untill u make a dough cover and liv 2 rest 4 15mint
  2. For the fillings cut ur iris into cubes and boil den set aside bring ur pan put ur minced meat garlic grated onions and scotch bonnet spices and seasoning keep stiring add ur grated carrot and potatoes wen is done u put down
  3. Now u bring ur dough and kneed again den cut and roll put ur fillings and press wit fork if u finish arrange on a baking tray and brush wit egg bake for 15mint
  4. Enjoy

Add in your cooked potatoes and carrot. Now is the time to prepare the dough for the meat pie. You really do not need a lot of salt for the meat pie dough. The meat pie will get most of its taste from the filling. Mix these dry ingredients very well.
