The ingredients needed to make Bri's outstanding meatloaf:
  1. Take Meatloaf
  2. Take 1 bunch Portobello Mushrooms
  3. Prepare 1 envelope Pot Roast Seasoning pkg
  4. Get 2 eggs
  5. Make ready 1 cup Ketcup
  6. Take 2 lb Lean Ground Beef
  7. Get 1 large Purple Onion
  8. Take 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp A1 sauce

It was really testy and good healthy meal. Instructions to make Bri's outstanding meatloaf:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Chop a handful of Mushrooms and Large Onion and set aside.
  3. In a Large Bowl mix by hand, Ground Beef, Pot Roast Seasoning Packet, Lipton Onion Soup Packet, Eggs, Onions, Mushrooms and Tablespoon of A1 sauce.
  4. Shape meat into a loaf. Place in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes on 350°F.
  6. After 45 minutes spread the ketchup on top and place in oven for additional 5 to 10 minutes. (Oven times vary)
  7. After 5 to 10 minutes let Meatloaf cool a little and Serve.
  8. Enjoy ;)
