The ingredients needed to make Lé Shrimp:
  1. Prepare 1 lb peeled shrimp w/wo tail
  2. Make ready 1 italian seasoning
  3. Take 1 oregano
  4. Take 1 lemon pepper seasoning
  5. Get 1 A1 steak sauce
  6. Get 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  7. Prepare 2 clove garlic finely chopped

Easy to create with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen/pantry. If you prefer to serve burrito-style, just heat up some flour tortillas and wrap it all up. Season with salt and pepper, then add prepared sauce to shrimp. Garnish with green onions and serve with rice.

Steps to make Lé Shrimp:
  1. Set your pan on medium heat with your 2 tbs of oil.
  2. After a minute of heating your oil, add all or the amount of shrimp you want to serve plus your chopped garlic
  3. Now sprinkle oregano, italian seasoning and lemon pepper all over the shrimp mixing well. Repeat this step 3 times
  4. Once you see that your shrimp is well done, now is the time to drizzle some A1 sauce all over the shrimp. Mix well and let cook for about two more minutes. Once that time has passed, you are now ready to feast! Enjoy!!

Season with salt and pepper, then add prepared sauce to shrimp. Garnish with green onions and serve with rice. It’s easy to fight your bad mood when you are eating grains. Teff, barley, millet, quinoa, etc are all wonderful for helping you be in a happier state of mind. They help you feel full also which can really help to better your mood. It’s not hard to feel a little bit off when you feel hungry! These grains can help your mood elevate because it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood sugar which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Your mood can truly be helped by green tea. You were sure green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is loaded with a specific amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This helps raise your mental acuity while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you become better. Now you are aware that green tea helps you to elevate your moods as well!
