  2. Make ready 4 tbsp dry jerk seasoning
  3. Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder
  4. Get 1 tsp onion powder
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp A1 steak sauce
  7. Get 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  8. Get 1 large jalapeno diced
  9. Prepare 1 medium onion diced
  10. Take 4 slice of cheese, any kind, i used processed swiss
  11. Get 1 sweet baby rays honey bbq sauce

DIRECTIONS Mix meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix the cream cheese, ancho chili powder, cumin, dried onion, and minced jalapeno.   3. grill, broil, or pan fry burgers to desired temperature. (i pan fried on medium heat for approx. 10 mins.)
  4. top burgers with cheese and bbq sauce, and serve. (i added sauteed onions as well just because i love them. feel free to adjust measurements to taste! this is a no fail burger recipe. have fun with it!)
