The ingredients needed to make Steak burrito:
  1. Get 1 pinch black pepper
  2. Get 2 lb steak chuncks
  3. Take 1/2 tbsp garlic salt
  4. Take 1/4 cup A1 sauce
  5. Get 1 hot sauce
  6. Get 4 flour tortillas

Steps to make Steak burrito:
  1. Chop up steak bites smaller.
  2. Cook steak til almost done and add ingredients in.
  3. Cook til meat is all the way cooked through and then serve with your choice of toppings.

Thinly slice the rested steaks, removing any large pieces of fat. On a flat tortilla, sprinkle layer of gruyere, then add on some sliced steak, scrambled eggs and finally some caramelized onions. Top steak with provolone and Monterey Jack and cover to let cheese melt. Meanwhile, warm tortillas in a large skillet. For the steak: In a small bowl combine the oregano, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chile powder, cayenne, and salt and pepper to taste.

These are two substances that boost the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s the truth: eating tuna fish sandwiches can really help you battle your depression.

Some grains are really great for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, barley, millet, etc are fantastic at helping you feel better. They help you feel full too which can actually help to better your mood. Feeling hungry can really bring you down! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are not difficult for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your blood sugar which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have shown that this amino acid basically induces brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time making the rest of your body more relaxed. You likely already knew it is not hard to be healthy when you consume green tea. Now you know green tea can help raise your mood too!
