The ingredients needed to make Crockpot Roast Beef and Gravy:
  1. Prepare 1 Roast beef
  2. Prepare 1 Small onion diced
  3. Prepare 6 carrots (Optional I like for the added veggies and enhanced taste)
  4. Take 3 potatoes (optional)
  5. Take a few teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  6. Get a few teaspoons A1 sauce
  7. Make ready to taste Seasonings (salt pepper garlic)
  8. Take 2-14 oz cans beef broth
  9. Take 1 can (26 oz) cream of mushroom
  10. Get 2 beef bullion cubes
  11. Make ready 1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)

To make roast beef gravy from the crockpot, strain the beef roast drippings from the crockpot into a saucepan or skillet and add ½ cup beef broth. In a jar with a lid, mix flour with about ½ cup beef broth, shaking well to combine. In a small bowl mix together seasoned salt,garlic powder,oregano,and onion soup mix. For the gravy,melt the butter in a medium sized saucepan add the flour and make a paste.

Instructions to make Crockpot Roast Beef and Gravy:
  1. Add carrots and potatoes to crockpot
  2. Add beef broth and cream of mushroom soup on top of veggies and mix together. I then add seasonings (salt pepper garlic).. And little of Worcestershire sauce and A1 sauce (few teaspoons of each) and the beef bouillon cubes and mix together
  3. I then add the roast beef and one small diced onion
  4. Cover with lid on high at least 4 and low about 8 hours
  5. About half hour to hour before done I remove roast and shred going along grain of meat should tear easily on its on by now just helping it and add back to pot covered for remaining time
  6. Great over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes
