The ingredients needed to make Stuffed Pepper Bake:
  1. Prepare 3 Bell Peppers (different colors)
  2. Make ready 1 Onion Diced
  3. Make ready 1 lb Hamburger
  4. Get 2 tsp minced garlic
  5. Prepare 1 bag brown rice
  6. Take 1 can diced tomatoes
  7. Make ready 1 bag mozzarella cheese
  8. Prepare 1 can tomato soup
  9. Get A1 Sauce
  10. Prepare salt and pepper

It's filled with ground beef, green peppers, diced tomatoes, rice and smothered in mozzarella cheese. The bell pepper is an excellent vessel for stuffing meat, rice, and, of course, cheese. It's strong enough to hold its shape in the oven, and the flavor is subtle enough to go well with just about. In a sarge skillet on medium-high heat, cook turkey and crumble until just cooked.

Steps to make Stuffed Pepper Bake:
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Brown beef, onions, and garlic in a skillet. Drain.
  3. Boil rice, chop and sautee peppers with salt. Add to beef mixture once they are done.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, mozzarella cheese, and A1 sauce to mixture. Spray a 9x13 dish and pour mixture in.
  5. Top with parmesan cheese. Then mix 1 can of tomato soup with half a can of water. Pour over top of everything.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

They are simpler to digest than other foods which helps bring up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, improves your mood.
