  1. Take 1 bag frozen meatballs
  2. Get 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.75 oz
  3. Take 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  4. Prepare 1/4 cup a1 steak sauce
  5. Prepare 2 cups beef broth
  6. Take 16 oz package of egg noodles

Place remaining sliced mushrooms over top. A quick side salad or some glazed carrots and some dinner rolls to sop up the mushroom gravy goodness! Instructions to make Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak Meatballs:
  1. Place the meatballs, mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and steak sauce in a 6 quart crock pot. - Pour the beef broth over the top. - Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3-5 hours. - 30 minutes prior to serving, boil your egg noodles according to the directions in another pot.
  2. Serve the meatballs over the egg noodles.
  3. Notes- Kids love this with peas or green beans. They love the sauce over the green veggies. (I added in a can of mushrooms and the green beans) (i have a picky eater so I made spaghetti noodles instead of the egg noodles because I don’t like egg noodles)

Cold water fish are wonderful for eating if you wish to beat back depression. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all high in omega-3s and DHA. DHA and omega-3s are two things that improve the quality and the function of your brain’s grey matter. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can greatly boost your mood.

It’s not hard to overcome your bad mood when you are eating grains. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all wonderful for helping you feel better. These foods fill you up better and that can help elevate your moods as well. Feeling starved can be terrible! The reason these grains help your mood so much is that they are easy to digest. You digest them faster than other things which can help promote your blood sugar levels, which, in turn, helps make you feel more pleasant, mood wise.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid known as L-theanine. Studies have shown that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps focus your mental energy while simultaneously relaxing the rest of your body.
