The ingredients needed to make 3 ingredient no churn ice cream:
  1. Prepare 500 ml fresh cream
  2. Get 1 can condensed milk
  3. Get 5 ml vanilla essence

There's literally only three ingredients that you will need. Heavy whipping cream and sweet condensed milk make the base of the recipe. In fact, my whole family enjoyed ice cream most nights of the week. To this day, I still love a hefty scoop of vegan ice cream.

Instructions to make 3 ingredient no churn ice cream:
  1. Add all ingredients (cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence) in a bowl and whip with an electric mixer 'til stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overmix
  2. Empty the mixture into an empty ice cream container and freeze for about 6 hours.
  3. Serve on it's own or with your favorite dessert sauce/toppings.

Some grains are truly wonderful for driving away bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all actually wonderful for helping boost your happiness levels. They can help you feel full for longer also, which can help your mood too. Feeling hungry can truly bring you down! These grains can improve your mood since it’s not at all hard for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood sugar which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Research has proved that this amino acid promotes the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same loosening up the rest of your body.
