  1. Prepare 1/2 cup icing sugar
  2. Make ready 200 g butter
  3. Take 2 cups flour

Steps to make 3 ingredient cookies:
  1. Pre heat oven at 180 and grease your baking pan
  2. Cream together butter and icing sugar
  3. Follow with adding flour and continue mixing.
  4. The mixture will be a bit crumbly but don't panic, form a ball then roll it on floured surface, if it is sticky try putting the dough in the fridge for 30 minutes then roll.
  5. Use a cutter of your choice to get desired shapes
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until well baked or golden brown.
  7. Cool them first on the baking pan then remove to completely cool on wire rack. You can drizzle chocolate ganache if you desire to decorate.
