  2. Prepare 1 cup heavy cream
  3. Take 2-3 tbs powder sugar
  4. Make ready Yellow food colour 1-2 drop(optional)

  1. Whipped the whipp cream for 2 min.
  2. Now add powder sugar and again beat the whipp cream just 1 min.
  3. Now add half cup mango puree n mix well.
  4. Now add half remaining mango puree and mix with spectula.
  5. Now shift the air tight container n freez it for 8 hours or over night.

Mix the powdered sugar and the mango puree together until the sugar dissolves completely. Taste it at this point to check for sweetness.
