I went on a search in the area bakeries and grocery stores for the best tasting PB cookies after Giant Foods changed their PB cookie recipe a few years ago. So after not being able to find just the right cookie. Then some butter, the second part. Lastly a bit of powdered sugar, the one part.

Instructions to make 3 ingredients cookies:
  1. Take the mixture out of the blender after 5 minutes, and mix with your hands until it is mixed well.
  2. Mix your flour and the butter with a blender. Also add sugar to taste on that mixture.
  3. Roll your mixture into a round or square long shape. Sprinkle flour on the counter and roll the shape on the sugar.
  4. Take the shaped mixture and put it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  5. After 30 minutes remove it from the freezer and cut it into small pieces.
  6. Rub a pan with butter so that the cookies will not stick on the pan, put the small pieces on the pan. Place them on the oven for 20 minutes at 140 degrees.

Then some butter, the second part. Lastly a bit of powdered sugar, the one part. And for those of you who do not use eggs - not an egg in sight! I love anything that has toasty oats like my homemade Hob-Nob cookies. These are beyond simple and naturally healthy, as they're free from oil, added sugar or dairy!

If you want to battle depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Cold water fish such as tuna, trout and wild salmon are high in DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. DHA and omega-3s are two things that promote the quality and the function of your brain’s gray matter. It’s true: eating a tuna fish sandwich can greatly elevate your mood.

Some grains are truly great for repelling bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping raise your happiness levels. These grains fill you up better and that can help improve your moods too. It’s easy to feel a little bit off when you feel famished! These grains can elevate your mood as it’s not at all difficult for your body to digest them. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your sugar levels which in turn takes your mood to a happier place.

Green tea is wonderful for moods. You knew green tea had to be included in this article, right? Green tea is rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have found that this specific amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This will better your brain’s focus while simultaneously calming the rest of your body. You already knew green tea could help you feel healthier. And now you are aware that it can help improve your mood also!
