The ingredients needed to make Gooey peanut butter cookies ( Only 3 ingredients):
  1. Prepare 1 box refrigerated pie crust
  2. Prepare 2 cup peanut butter (use more as needed)
  3. Prepare 1 cup sugar (use more as needed)

Soft and gooey peanut butter cookies that are loaded with white chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips and peanut butter morsels. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or foil (lightly grease the foil). Add in peanut butter and sugars; blend well. Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg.

Steps to make Gooey peanut butter cookies ( Only 3 ingredients):
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Unroll one of the pie crusts on a flat surface
  3. Spread peanut butter onto the pie crust
  4. Place 2nd pie crust on top. Use cookie cutters, glass cup, or a knife to cut out shapes
  5. Roll cookies into sugar coating both sides. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-11 minutes or until cookies are nice and brown
  6. Let cool for 3-5 minutes (not all the way) and roll into sugar again. Enjoy!
  7. If any scraps are left over roll in sugar and bake. I was able to make 6 cookies using a big cookie cutter. You should be able to get a dozen using smaller ones
  8. You can also use Nutella or caramel or a spread you like that has the same consistency of peanut butter or close to. (Almond butter, cashew butter, etc). I would suggest buying the wrapped caramels instead of a caramel sauce. The caramel sauce is too thin and could cause a mess. You can heat the caramels in a double boiler or in the microwave for about a minute with 15 sec intervals to stir.

Add in peanut butter and sugars; blend well. Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. In a medium bowl, cream together the peanut butter, butter or margarine and dark brown soft sugar. Stir in the egg, milk and almond extract. Sift together the plain flour, rye flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt, add to the creamed mixture and mix until just combined.
