  1. Take 1 cup Potatoes boil & mashed
  2. Take 2 tsp Maida
  3. Make ready 1 Egg beated
  4. Prepare to taste Salt
  5. Get 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  7. Take as needed Tomato boiled & peeled
  8. Make ready 1 tsp Garlic crushed
  9. Take 1 tsp Chilli flacks
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  11. Take 1 tsp Salt
  12. Make ready 1 tsp Vinegar
  13. Prepare 2 tsp Corn flour 1 Tsp dissolve in water

Steps to make Gnocchi:
  1. In a bowl mash the potatoes with the help of strainer.so that lumps will not appear.
  2. Keep it a side for 20 mimiutes in the normal place.
  3. Now add maida,salt, & egg.mix it very well.if needed add some water & knead it very well.
  4. Now take the dough,roll it.
  5. Cut small pieces,& press it with the help of fork.make all Gnocchi peices like this.
  6. Boil the water put salt,& 1 tsp oil in it.add all. In it.
  7. Boil it 2 miniutes,all Gnocchi will float this time.
  8. Strain the water. Keep it a side.
  9. In another hot pan add butter,let it hot,put Garlic saute it.
  10. Add black pepper,boiled tomato pure,stir it.add sugar salt, veniger, cornflower, origeno,let it boil 2 miniutes.
  11. In a serving plate put Gnocchi,pour sauce in it.sprinkle origeno in it.
  12. Serve it hot - hot.
