The ingredients needed to make Poorman's meal:
  1. Prepare Mashed Potatoes I used bout 3lbs of potatoes
  2. Get 2 lbs hamburger cooked
  3. Make ready Salt pepper
  4. Prepare 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  5. Get 2 cans corn
  6. Get 2 cans carrots
  7. Get 1 can green beans
  8. Make ready 3-4 slices cheese per layer your choice I use Kraft slices

Instructions to make Poorman's meal:
  1. Cook hamburger salt pepper to flavor
  2. Homemade mashed potatoes:) keep separate
  3. Add corn carrots green beans cream of mushroom soup mix well
  4. Add cooked hamburger to mixture mix well
  5. Layer in casserole dish potatoes about 1/2 inch place vegetable hamburger mixture about 1/4 to 1/3 inch thick lay cheese slices and repeat layers until dish is almost full or until you run out
  6. Bake on 400° f for approximately 35 to 45mins
