  1. Preheat oven to 425
  2. Grease a 2.5 quart baking dish with butter
  3. Place bread crumbs evenly in bottom
  4. Place meat evenly in bottom
  5. Chop and/or dice your veggies of choice.
  6. Wisk egg mixture and add cheese and veggies
  7. Pour in egg, veggies and half of the shredded cheese
  8. Top with remaining shredded cheese
  9. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Enjoy your easy quiche!

Research has proved that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This will improve your brain’s focus while at the same relaxing the rest of your body. You were already aware that green tea could help you become healthier. Now you are aware that it can help improve your mood as well!

As you can see, you don’t need junk food or foods that are bad for you just so to feel better! Try a few of these suggestions instead.
