  2. Get 1 1/2 lb Ground Hamburger
  3. Take 1 tbsp Butter
  4. Take 1 large Onion
  5. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  6. Prepare 1 tsp Black Pepper
  7. Get 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  8. Get 1/4 tsp Season All
  9. Make ready 2 Beef Bullion cubes
  10. Take 1 1/4 cup Hot Water
  11. Get 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  12. Get 1 can condensed Mushroom Soup
  13. Prepare 1/2 cup Milk

Steps to make Beef Stroganoff:
  1. Heat large skillet and add butter, onion and garlic.
  2. Add ground meat, salt, pepper, season all and cook to taste.
  3. In a separate cup add bullion cubes in hot water and dissolve.
  4. Add to the pan, beef broth, soup, and milk and bring to simmer.
  5. Stir in flour carefully as not to lump.
  6. Bring mixture to high simmer and cover, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
  7. Pour mixture over wide egg noodles or rice and top with mushrooms if desired.
  8. Stir in sour cream just before serving and top with mushrooms pieces if desired.
  9. Enjoy!!!
