To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few components. You can have baked spaghetti using 7 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.
In baking dish, mix cooked spaghetti and pasta sauce mixture. You make baked spaghetti almost the same way you would make lasagna. It's a layered, baked casserole with a tomato-based meat sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, and Parmesan cheeses, and pasta. The main differences are that you use thin spaghetti noodles instead of wide lasagna pasta, and you toss in a couple of beaten eggs with the cooked noodles.

Foods That Make You Happy
For the most part, people have been trained to think that “comfort” foods are terrible for the body and must be avoided. At times, if your comfort food is made of candy or other junk foods, this is true. Other times, comfort foods can be perfectly healthy and good for us to eat. There are several foods that, when you consume them, can boost your mood. When you feel a little down and need an emotional pick-me-up, test out some of these.
Eggs, believe it or not, are terrific for helping you combat depression. Just see to it that you don’t get rid of the yolk. The yolk is the most crucial part of the egg in terms of helping raise your mood. Eggs, the egg yolks especially, are rich in B vitamins. B vitamins can actually help you raise your mood. This is because they help your neural transmitters–the parts of your brain that control your mood–function better. Eat an egg and be happy!
Put together a trail mixout of a variety of seeds and nuts. Your mood can be elevated by consuming peanuts, almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and so on. This is because these nuts are high in magnesium, which helps to boost serotonin levels. Serotonin is called the “feel good” substance that our body produces and it tells your brain how you should be feeling day in and day out. The higher your levels of serotonin, the more pleasant you are going to feel. Not just that but nuts, in particular, are a terrific protein food source.
If you want to fight depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Cold water fish like tuna, trout and wild salmon are high in DHA and omega-3 fatty acids. DHA and omega-3s are two things that truly help the grey matter in your brain function a lot better. It’s true: consuming a tuna fish sandwich can greatly raise your mood.
Grains can be great for driving away a bad mood. Barley, quinoa, millet, teff, etc are all wonderful for helping you feel happier. They help you feel full too which can really help to make your mood better. It’s not difficult to feel depressed when you feel famished! The reason these grains can improve your mood is that they are not hard for your body to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your blood glucose which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.
Your mood could really be helped by green tea. You were just waiting to read that, weren’t you? Green tea is found to be rich in an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have found that this amino acid essentially stimulates brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body. You likely already knew how easy it is to get healthy when you drink green tea. Now you know green tea can help improve your mood also!
See, you don’t need to stuff your face with junk food when you wish to feel better! Go with these suggestions instead!
