The ingredients needed to make Pumpkin Surprise Dinner:
  1. Take 1 each pumkin, make sure it can fit in your oven
  2. Take 1 can large cream of mushroom soup
  3. Prepare 1 lb ground hamburger
  4. Take 1 bunch cooked rice, enough for filling half a pumkin
  5. Take seasonings of your choice ( we use ground pepper, seasoning salt, sage, thyme, sea salt, oregano, cayenne pepper, parsley)

Steps to make Pumpkin Surprise Dinner:
  1. Preheat Oven 350*F
  2. Now cut the lid off the pumpkin, but save the lid
  3. Clean out the seeds and goop, saving the seeds
  4. In large bowl, put the cooked ground hamburger and cooked rice in it
  5. Stir hamburger rice mixture
  6. Add can of soup to hamburger rice mixture
  7. Stir hamburger rice mixture well
  8. Add your seasonings of your choice to your taste to hamburger rice mixture
  9. Mix hamburger rice mixture well
  10. Spoon the mixture into the pumpkin
  11. Place pumpkin on cookie sheet
  12. Place lid stem side down on cookie sheet
  13. Stick it in the oven and bake 2-4 hours
  14. Pumpkin Will be done when you pierce it and is soft
  15. Carve pumpkin
  16. Serve
