  1. Make ready 2 1/2 lb lean hamburger
  2. Get 1 small onion, chopped
  3. Take 3 tbsp flour
  4. Get 3 can cream of mushroom soup
  5. Get 3 can beef broth
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  7. Get 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  8. Take 1/2 cup sour cream
  9. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  10. Take 1 tsp black pepper
  11. Take 1 tsp garlic powder

  4. Add mushrooms, stir in, and simmer over low heat until mushrooms are cooked.
  5. Stir in sour cream just prior to serving stroganoff. Serve over a bed of wide egg noodles cooked per "al dente" instructions.
