Instructions to make Hamburger Stroganoff:
  1. Brown meat in a large skillet or pot.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Add celery and cook about 2 minutes stirring frequently.
  4. Add large can cream of mushroom, salt, pepper, onion & garlic powder. Stir together & bring just to a slow boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low. Add sour cream stir well.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
