  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion. Drain off fat.
  3. Mix in soup and milk.
  4. Pour meat mixture in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Top meat with 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Top with green beans. Finish the cassarole with a layer of tater tots and remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
