  1. Prepare 8 oz uncooked medium egg noodles
  2. Prepare 1 tsp olive oil
  3. Make ready 1 lb ground beef, Extra Lean
  4. Take 1 cup prechopped onion
  5. Take 1 tsp bottled minced garlic
  6. Prepare 1 (8 oz) package presliced cremini mushrooms
  7. Make ready 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  8. Take 1 cup fast free, less sodium beef broth
  9. Get 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  10. Get 1/8 tsp black pepper
  11. Take 3/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream

Steps to make Hamburger Stroganoff:
  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain and rinse under child water; drain.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef to pan; cook 4 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms to pan; cook 4 minutes or until most of liquid evaporates, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with flour; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and summer 1 minute or until slightly thick. Stir in salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream and sherry. Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with parsley.
