Steps to make Hamburger Stroganoff:
  1. Brown hamburger. Drain off extra grease. Stir in onions & mushrooms and saute till just soft. Stir in garlic and saute one more minute.
  2. Sprinkle flour over meat mixture and stir in. Add salt, pepper & worchestershire.
  3. Stir in soup and simmer, uncovered 10 minutes.
  4. Right before serving stir in sour cream and garnish with parsley.
  5. Serve over egg noodles or rice. I always use egg noodles.
