  6. Prepare 1/2 white onion sliced
  7. Take 2 tbsp butter (or margarine)
  8. Take 4 slice bacon

Instructions to make Baked Hamburger Steak:
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Fry onion and butter until almost starting to brown
  3. Whisk water and Bistro together, mix in steak spice and can of soup
  4. In an oven safe dish (i used a metal loaf pan) place the two patties, pour onion mixture over patties, place 2 bacon strips (pre- cooked) over each patty, pour Bistro mixture over dish
  5. Place in oven for 30 minutes, serve with desired side dishes.

Melt some butter to coat skillet and fry until nicely browned. Place burger patties in baking dish, spice side down. Sprinkle more salt and pepper on each hamburger (or use a preferred seasoning) if you like! If desired, place one slice of cheese on each burger and bake an additional minute or until cheese has melted. Put the pan back on the heat and add the sliced onions.
