  3. Prepare 1 cup Millet flour
  4. Get 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  5. Take 1/4 spoon asafoetida (hing)
  6. Get 1/2 spoon baking soda
  7. Prepare 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. Get 2 spoon oil
  9. Get to taste Salt
  10. Get As needed Water
  11. Prepare Garnish
  12. Take 3 spoon oil
  13. Make ready 1/4 spoon musterd seeds
  14. Get 1/4 spoon fenugreek seeds
  15. Take 1/4 spoon sesame seeds
  16. Get 10 Curry leaves
  17. Make ready 1 green chilli cut in to pieces
  18. Make ready 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions to make Fenugreek Millet muthia:
  1. Sieve the Millet flour
  2. In a bowl mix together millet flour, fenugreek leaves, chopped coriander,red chilli powder and add asfotediya
  3. Now add salt,baking soda and lemon juice
  4. Now add some oil
  5. And now mix together gently and add some water as required
  6. Now knead the dough nicely
  7. Knead the dough with some oil and make in to the small Ball and cut the ball with cookie cutter
  8. Cover with oil and Place it on the steamer and let it steam for 10 minutes
  9. Let them cool down completely
  10. For tempering Heat some oil, fenugreek seeds green chilli mustard seeds sesame seeds
  11. When the seeds crackle add curry leaves and remove from the flame and pour this over the muthia garnish with coriander leaves
  12. Serve with buttermilk and Onion and enjoy the dish
