The ingredients needed to make Hamburger Stroganoff:
  1. Take 1.5 lbs lean ground beef
  2. Prepare 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  3. Make ready 1/2 a bell pepper chopped
  4. Get 1 small onion diced
  5. Take Salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders, season well and season all the layers
  6. Take 2 tbsp flour
  7. Make ready 1 1/2-2 cups milk
  8. Take 1 cup sour cream
  9. Take 1 package wide egg noodles, boiled

Add onion and garlic salt to beef; continue to cook until onion is soft. Add soup and remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir in sour cream and parsley, chives or dill. Instructions to make Hamburger Stroganoff:
  1. In a large skillet, on medium high heat, brown the meat. Add the mushrooms and continue to brown. Add the peppers and continue to brown. Add the onion and continue to brown. Should be getting good and crusty. Add the flour and stir. Add the milk and stir. Let it bubble and thicken and remove from heat.
  2. Boil your noodles in salted water til done to your likeness. Save a little pasta water.
  3. Combine noodles with meat mixture and combine. Add sour cream and mix in. I love green onions with everything so I finish in my bowl with sour cream and green onions. Cheap cheap cheap but so good!

It’s not hard to overcome your bad mood when you are eating grains. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping boost your happiness levels. They help you feel full also which can truly help to improve your mood. Feeling famished can be terrible! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are easy to digest. They are easier to digest than other foods which helps kick up your blood sugar levels and that, in turn, elevates your mood.

Green tea is fantastic for moods. You knew it had to be in here somewhere, right? Green tea is loaded with an amino acid called L-theanine. Studies have discovered that this amino acid basically stimulates brain waves. This helps better your mental focus while relaxing the rest of your body.
