  1. Cut the carrot roughly and heat in a microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Cut the green pepper and onion into 3 cm widths.

  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir fry the onion until translucent. Add the carrot and stir fry further.
  6. When the vegetables are cooked through add the meatballs and green pepper. Stir fry further.
  7. After everything is stir-fried well add the sauce ingredients from step 4. Mix well.
  8. It is done!
