  2. Get 1 medium Sweet potato
  3. Take 1 Egg
  4. Prepare 1 Panko
  5. Get 3 tbsp Sugar
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  7. Get 3 tbsp Sake
  8. Get 3 tbsp Mirin
  9. Make ready 3 tbsp Vinegar
  10. Make ready 1 tsp Katakuriko

Instructions to make Meatballs with Sweet Potatoe Cubes:
  1. Dice the sweet potato. Mix the minced pork, sweet potato, egg, and panko. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into small balls and deep-fry.
