  1. Prepare 1/4 kg cooked minced meat
  2. Prepare 1 onion
  3. Make ready 1 bunch coriander leaves
  4. Make ready 1 tsp Black pepper
  5. Get 1 tsp paprika
  6. Prepare 1 tbs flour
  7. Get 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  8. Prepare 1 egg
  9. Take 1 pinch salt
  10. Make ready Cooking oil for frying
  11. Prepare For the sauce
  12. Prepare 2 tomatoes
  13. Get 1 onion chopped
  14. Prepare 1/4 green pepper

Steps to make Meat balls in sauce:
  1. Mix minced meat, onions and Dania
  2. Mix with breadcrumbs, flour, salt then eggs
  3. Mix well the let it rest for three minutes
  4. Make balls of preferred sizes using the mixture
  5. Heat oil and deep fry them till golden brown
  6. Remove after golden brown
  7. Make your sauce by frying onions, tomatoes and green peppers. Then add royco cube (optional). Add little water then simmer for 3mins
  8. Add the meatballs and cover to simmer for 5-10min
  9. Serve with sauce together with rice.
