  1. Prepare 1/2 kg Mince meat
  2. Make ready 1 egg
  3. Make ready Salt
  4. Make ready Breadcrumbs
  5. Make ready Apf

  7. Take Ginger garlic

In a large bowl, combine eggs, water, onion, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic and seasonings; mix well. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. I prefer meatballs slightly larger than a golf ball. Coat a large saute pan with olive oil and bring to a medium-high heat.

Steps to make Meatballs:
  1. Mix the meat with all the ingredients
  2. At Form small balls
  3. At this point you can deep fry or put in the oven, I did the later for 20mins,sprinkle some oil
  4. You can have it like that or you can stew it like I did
