  2. Prepare 1 cup grinded scotch bonnet and onion

  7. Take 1 TBS flour

  1. In a bowl, add mince beef, add 2 TBS grinded scotch bonnet and onion, add, 2 TBS egg water
  2. Add flour and mix truly
  3. Mold into small balls and set aside
  4. Add meat balls in egg water, deep fry and set aside.
  5. In a pan add 1/4 cup oil, saute onion, add grinded scotch bonnet and onion and stir fry for 3mins. Add seasoning and spices and continue stiring.
