The ingredients needed to make Garlic gravy:
  1. Make ready Garlic clove 10
  2. Make ready 1 Onion
  3. Get 1 Tomato
  4. Make ready Tamarind water(small gossebumps size)
  5. Take Soak 30min before👆
  6. Make ready 3 Cashew nuts
  7. Take Fennel seeds 1/2tsbp
  8. Get Fenugreek seeds 1/2tsbp
  9. Prepare Coconut (small piece)
  10. Get Jaggery (little piece)
  11. Get Tumeric powder 1/2tbps
  12. Take Chilli powder 1/2tbps
  13. Make ready leaves Coriander

Squeeze garlic from each clove into small bowl; set aside. Transfer gravy to gravy boat or serving bowl. Steps to make Garlic gravy:
  1. Heat 3tsbp oil, once it heated add fennel seeds and fenugreek seeds(don't burn it) cook with medium heat.
  2. Add garlic clove cook until it turns golden brown (color change slightly).
  3. Add finely chopped onion cook until it's soft.
  4. Tomato, coconut, cashew nuts add to blender make it paste.
  5. Add above paste into the pan mix well. Add required amount of salt.(cook it for 5mins)
  6. After 5min pour soaked tamarind water allow it to boil.
  7. Add 1glass of water. Cover with lid. Make it boil
  8. After it boil add little coriander leaves.
  9. When you're going serve at the time add little bit of Jaggery.
  10. Enjoy with white rice.you can eat with boiled egg.
