The ingredients needed to make Egg Paniyaram:
  1. Take 3 eggs, beaten
  2. Get 1 onion chopped
  3. Take 1 inch ginger, grated
  4. Make ready 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
  5. Make ready 1 tomato, chopped
  6. Make ready 2-3 tbsp. coriander leaves, chopped
  7. Prepare to taste salt
  8. Make ready 1 pinch pepper powder (optional)
  9. Get as required oil

Steps to make Egg Paniyaram:
  1. In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except oil).
  2. Drop spoonfuls of the mix into all the greased cavities of the chetti. Cover with a lid and cook on a low flame till one side is done.
  3. Then gently flip it over with a fork / spoon and cook the other side too.
  4. Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any chutney or tomato sauce.

Oil - to smear in each hole. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl till eggs are frothy. Drop one spoon of egg mixture in each hole. Beat eggs and mix with the prepared batter. Add baking soda & mix everything well and keep aside.
